What is Free Greater Tokyo?

Missionaries have been in Japan for more than 140 years.
Yet, the darkness still prevails.

The Japanese are the world's largest unevangelized people group. Statistics state that only one out of every 200 Japanese are believers. This means that more than 99.5% of Japan 's 127 million people do not know Jesus as Savior and Lord with almost 2,500 Japanese dying each day without Christ.

Humanism, materialism, cultural traditions and expectations, idolatry and ancestor worship, together with social pressures, depression, suicide and the break-down of the family are the major strongholds that continue to choke out the seeds of the Gospel. But Jesus said, "Pray to the Lord of the Harvest." (Mt.9:38) He also said, "He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed." (Lk.4:18)

So, LORD, we ask together, "Set the these captives free!!!"
